Define product roadmap and strategic vision for merchant payment solutions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to scope architectural specifications and release cadences.
Conduct customer discovery interviews with enterprise partners to uncover high-impact workflow bottlenecks.
Track key performance indicators including transaction success rates, authorization latency, and merchant adoption.
